10 wall balls
20 walking lunges

rest for 3 minues then

run .50
rest for 1 minute

run .25 AFAP (as fast as possible)

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes

10 Push ups
15 Walking lunges
20 (20lbs) Kettle Bell Swings
Run .25 (As Fast As Possible)
100 Jump Ropes
50 squats!

Saturday November 12th

Rx'd

5 rounds for time of:

50 squats
100 jump ropes

Then finish with 2 rounds of:
Run .25(treadmill) as fast as possible(AFAP)
10 burpees


Scaled Version
3 rounds for time of:
35 squats
100 jump ropes/ or 5o box step ups( each leg)

Then finish with 1 round for time of:
Run/jog .25(treadmill)
10 push ups
